mark your calendars because on september 15th 3.1 phillip lim's capsule collection for target will be touching down in canada. the line of 100-plus items will be available online and in stores for both men and women with prices ranging from $20 to $300 (for his leather jackets, which is target pricey but is still a bargain compared to the average $1500+ price tag for his main line).
appropriate looks for morning, noon and night; shoes, bags, outerwear and separates; there are many pieces i'm looking forward to and would love to get my hands on, in both the mens and womens collection. below is the entire collection. i've marked off my favourite pieces to share with you and in case any loved ones want to start Christmas shopping for me early...

| the leather jacket in navy ($249.99, available in limited stores) would look great with a tee and jeans and boss with a dress or a skirt. i'm having a black moto jacket custom made for me by VAWK so i think navy would be a great next colour to add to my collection. the woven dress ($39.99) i would wear with tights and my dr. martens or my frye 12R engineer boots. |

i love colour when it comes to handbags. i have green, purple, electric blue; the mini satchel in gold ($34.99) would be perfect in completing my bag rainbow. i've posted before of my love of sweatshirts and this french terry sweatshirt in boom print ($29.99) belongs in my closet. bags, bags and more bags. can one have too many? i don't think so. therefore i would like this drawstring carry-all bag in animal print ($49.99), please and thank you. |

| this sweater dress in boom print ($44.99) is my kind of frock: not too fussy, can be worn with casual or formal shoes and would fit various body shapes. sold! i think what draws me to the pullover in animal print ($34.99) is that a) it's animal print and b) it kinda looks like a sweatshirt. win-win. i don't think i need to explain myself for the tote in black ($54.99). who wouldn't need it? |

| backpacks are not exempt from my collecting of bags. this backpack in camo print ($29.99) would be in good company with my leopard print vans, my leather ynonne koné and my all black gold hardware herschel. i love tee shirts and i especially love mens graphic tees. i buy them loose and cut the sleeves, sometimes the neck too, so they look more weathered and worn in. i would do the same to the tiger tee in black ($19.99). i'm not sure what the size range is for the mens footwear but if a size 7 is available (or even a 6.5) i may be able to make the high top sneakers in black ($44.99) my own. |

| this valise in black ($59.99) looks so posh. it's the perfect stylish carry-on. i would even use this as my kit, especially when a dressier attire may be required, depending on the client. |
